Ms. Masylkanova serves as a National Economist for the Asian Development Bank and World Bank projects on agricultural sector projects in Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Her responsibilities include preparing statistics, supervising data collection, economic and financial analysis, and monitoring and evaluation of project impact. During her Humphrey Year, Ms. Masylkanova will study agricultural economics and sustainable development to improve practices and preserve the interests of individual farmers in her home country.
